We need to:

Get a group of about 7-8 marshals to stuff envelopes on Thursday afternoon for the academic booster's awards ceremony on the 14th. We need to remind people who signed up to marshal that event that they signed up. We need to settle who has a dress already, who wants to buy a new dress (or needs to if they can't get a used one) and who wants the 5 or so dresses I have. There are more out there but the girls don't seem very motivated to bring them in so we really can't wait much longer. We need to discuss Teacher Appreciation week and remind people of who they picked and what they are supposed to do. The men (boys) need to decide exactly what they want to wear. I need to remind students that SM are looked upon as role models and inappropriate prom behavior can be cause for removal so everyone needs to behave themselves. The girls need to discuss shoes. We need to remind people about Graduation Project nights and who signed up when and what they need to wear (nice clothes). I need two marshals for the senior dinner out at Bluewater. I can't think of anything else right now. Tell me if I have forgotten something you can think of.
