I wouldn't think so. Ethos pretty much means anything that contributes to credibility. While above the influence is well known, I wouldn't necessarily call it "credible." There's nothing about that particular company that makes it trustworthy; it hasn't been around that long, it hasn't accomplished any particular feat, etc.
